Our policy regarding refunds and licensing fees on 121212.community.
Because subdomain licenses on 121212.community involve the reservation and allocation of digital assets, our refund policy is necessarily limited. Please read this policy carefully before placing a bid or completing payment.
All winning bid payments are final and non-refundable. When you win an auction and complete payment, the subdomain license is immediately allocated to you, preventing others from bidding on that city. Because of this, we cannot issue refunds after payment is confirmed.
If you experience a verified technical failure on our end that prevents you from accessing your hub after payment (e.g., subdomain configuration error, platform outage lasting more than 72 hours), you may be eligible for a pro-rated credit or refund. Such requests must be submitted within 30 days of payment to support@121212.community with documentation of the issue.
Annual renewal fees are non-refundable once processed. If you choose not to renew, your license will expire at the end of the current term and your hub will be returned to the available marketplace.
If you were charged more than once for the same transaction due to a billing error, please contact us at support@121212.community within 14 days. We will investigate and issue a refund for any verified duplicate charges.
If you win a bid but request cancellation before your hub is activated (within 48 hours of payment and prior to subdomain configuration), we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@121212.community immediately if you need to request a cancellation.
